Smiley face

Dr. Cordis was born in Brooklyn, NY and lived in Panama until age 6 when her family moved to Olympia, WA.  Earning a full academic scholarship after high school, she studied biology at Philander Smith College in Little Rock, AR where she discovered she had a great passion for healthcare. Motivated to facilitate a more proactive approach to healthcare led her to obtain her Doctorate of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO.  With a degree in Chiropractic & a Masters of Science and Rehab, Dr. Cordis relocated to Chicago to begin her practice.  After a time, she made the decision to relocate to her home state of Washington to continue her practice.

In her free time, she enjoys a variety of sports and physical activities such as kickball and hiking.  Learning to cook various dishes from around the world is also a preferred pastime, lending itself to her love of travel within her mainland as well as abroad.  Aside from her adventures touring the world, she is continuously devoted to serving her community by volunteering her skills, time and heart to the Salvation Army, American Heart Association, VA Hospital, Seattle-King County free clinic and local free clinics.

Review By Our Satisfied Patient

  • "We have been coming to Fife Chiropractic for 20 years. Each of our children have been since birth. We have always valued Chiropractic care, but this last fall it was really put to the test when our daughter fell off a horse and displaced her disk. Well, it was surgery or chiropractic care. Long story short, our daughter could have ended up in surgery but Dr.Chrissy and the staff at Fife Chiropractic helped her heal. She is the star defender of her soccer team."

  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness? Or is it, instead, a combination of all of these qualities, plus the natural goodness derived from the apple's secret ingredients — phytonutrients? If this were a multiple choice quiz, the answer would be "all of the above". Importantly, in addition to possessing numerous appealing physical qualities, apples contain an abundance of health-promoting biochemicals known as phytonutrients.1,2 These specific organic molecules are derived not only from apples but many other fresh fruits and vegetables, and help power the immune system, protect against cancer, maintain healthy eyes, and assist cells in clearing out metabolic waste products such as free radicals. ...
