We have 3 massage therapists on hand allowing us to schedule massage 6 days per week!  We schedule out massage therapy appointments in 1 hour increments and have morning and afternoon appointments available.  Our massage therapists are in network with most major insurances.

Karen Gauthier

Karen has been practicing massage since 1994! She wanted to perform a service to help people and found massage a perfect fit. She loves doing massage so much that it makes going to work everyday something to look forward to. While specializing in deep tissue work, Karen also has experience working with Mom’s-to-be and patients with Fibromyalgia and Parkinson’s.

Karen is in network with almost every insurance including Regence!

Jenny Schrag

After Jenny graduated high school she didn't know what she wanted to do. Some how she ended up at Ashmead College. The first couple of days were overwhelming but she ended up graduation with honors and with a new found passion. Jenny has been practicing for 7 years and has been with Fife Chiropractic since April 2009.

Jenny enjoys giving a deep tissue massage that is also relaxing. She specializes in myofascial release, deep tissue, Swedish and sports massage.

Valerie Crow

Valerie is from Federal Way and has been practicing massage since 2006, graduating with honors from Ashmead College. Val’s focus is Swedish relaxation and deep tissue massage. She loves knowing that she can help ease pain and put patients into a relaxed state of mind!
